Kieryn Thompson

I have experience as a producer, field reporter and anchor in TV and currently work as a sports anchor on commercial radio stations in Cape Town. I’ve played or tried my hand at most of the sports I cover while also providing the occasional commentary for local cricket in South Africa. I have a keen interest in cricket, combat sports, field hockey, football, motorsport, rugby, tennis and the complex world of professional wrestling. Playing and coaching provincial hockey at a high-level has helped shape my career as a Sports Journalist while my competitive nature fuels my ambitions to fulfill my potential as a Sports Writer.
