Manchester City have made enquiries over the acquisition of Club Deportivo Always Ready boy wonder, Moises Paniagua, SportsBoom can exclusively reveal.

The Bolivian teenage starlet who recently signed up with renowned player agency, Sports Invest Limited is expected to move to Europe next year and has been earmarked to join the City project.

Thomas Kracken, head of Manchester City Academy understandably will be happy to nurture a talent such like Moises, having seen no fewer than 10 youngsters graduate to the seniors under his guidance, particularly evident during their recent EFL Cup game win over Huddersfield.

Already a full Bolivia national-teamer, Moises has seen his stock rise swiftly this year, earning five international appearances since making his bow against Peru in a World Cup qualifier back in March.

Now, City will ramp up talks for the youngster with interests from other European clubs building ahead of what will be a crucial winter window in 2026.

MOISES ATTRACTING ATTENTIONS FROM CITY

Manchester City are looking at a number of teenage talents for their youth sides, but the Premier League side's scouts have brought back interesting reviews about Moises which is made more evident with his performances in the División Profesional for Always Ready.

SportsBoom understands his joining forces with Sports Invest could play a pivotal role in facilitating any potential deal, with Kia Joorabchian well known for the roles he has played in the market getting players across clubs in the United Kingdom.

It is also understood Moises's mother has played a vital part in the boy's developmental curve, as conversations revealed.

"The boy's mother have had direct communications, prior to him going with Sports Invest", a source told SportsBoom.com

"Manchester City have shown interests in having him, and such are likely going to be sustained next year."

The idea is to have Moises initially as part of the club's development squad, and then eased into first-team duties.

Yet, a number of other yet to be revealed clubs have also been alerted of the boy's ability, and are poised to open talks for one of the most wanted youth talents in South American football.

EARNING PLAUDITS AT A YOUNG AGE

Moises only turned 18 in August, but have earned 17 first-team appearances for Always Ready in the 2024-25 campaign, scoring nine and laying on another four.

Scouts have been wowed, and sources say he is a kid with a quick burst of pace to go with his eye for the end product.

His ability to play anywhere across the attacking areas is a strength, and affords his side a chance to switch things up with him spearheading the attack.
