The Kings executed a trade involving Shan Masood, with the current Test captain of Pakistan serving as the team's brand ambassador now. In addition to Masood, marquee players Hasan Ali and Tabraiz Shamsi are set to don the Karachi Kings colours in the upcoming season. Apart from the Pakistani players, the team has decided to retain explosive batter James Vince, who was a part of the PSL 8 Karachi Kings squad 2023.
