Teenage Serbian starlet Ahmed Hadzimujovic is expected to be on the move next summer with several top flight European clubs keeping tabs on the defender, SportsBoom can exclusively reveal.

Our sources have been told the 18-year-old has kept a number of clubs on red alert after impressing scouts from these sides who have watched him extensively as he continues to post impressive showings for Novi Pazar in the Serbian SuperLiga.

Premier League side Brentford are prepared to offer the player a route into English football, while FC Red Bull Salzburg and Italian Serie A side Udinese are also exploring their chances of snapping up the youngster whose versatility across the backline can prove pivotal for any side.

Should Brentford eventually lose their highly-coveted ace Michael Kayode to top flight rivals come the summer, Ahmed's bursting runs, strong tackling and aerial presence could be just a tailor-made replacement for him at the G-tech stadium.

IMPOSING

Standing at 1.90 meters, Ahmed's physique is impressive for a teenager, to say the least.

The central defender has time and again, caught the eye for his aerial presence in the box, while he is also very strong in the tackle.

His runs from the rear have helped Novi Pazar a lot of times this season, as his ability to carry the ball into enemy territories has been heralded.

On the international scene, the player is as well revered by national team handlers as he is currently on national team duties as they continue to chase Euro U19 2026 glory.

OPEN TO A DEVELOPMENTAL PROJECT

SportsBoom understands Novi Pazar are in no rush to cash in on their youth talent, and are happy to have him continue his development in his hometown.

However, his intermediary has informed both player and club about the interests he is courting across Europe, including Ahmed's father who he is in direct communication with.

Born August 2007 in Novi Pazar Southwestern Serbia, Ahmed began his footballing career with his hometown club, rising through the youth ranks before making his debut for the senior side.

It is remarkable of his discipline that despite playing over 25 games in the top flight for the Blues this season, he has received only two cautions for his endeavours for his side.
