Cloudbet customer service aims to answer your questions as quickly as possible. Still, it’s worth noting that the answering times can vary depending on how busy the staff is. On average, you can expect an answer to your query within a few minutes via live chat.

How to Make a Complaint About a Bookmaker
You can find more information on how to file a complaint against Cloudbet by reading the terms and conditions, section 19 – Governing Law and Dispute Resolution. Follow the short guide below to get started:
- You should initially contact support via live chat or email. Complaints about bet outcomes should be made within seven days. Other complaints must be filed within one month.
- A customer service representative will investigate your complaint and attempt to solve it. If the staff doesn’t offer a solution, you can escalate the complaint further by contacting the Head of Customer Support via email at support@cloudbet.com.
- The Head of Customer Support will conduct an internal analysis and provide a final decision within eight weeks. If you disagree with the decision, you can escalate the dispute to the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR) within 365 days.
Alternative Ways to File a Complaint Against Cloudbet
Gambling commissions are required to follow strict industry standards regarding dispute resolution. If you didn’t manage to resolve a dispute by contacting Cloudbet, you might be able to file a complaint through Curaçao eGaming. Here’s what you'll have to do:
- Visit Curaçao eGaming’s website and go to the Intermediate Complaint Handling page. Check if you’re eligible to file a complaint by reading the checklist. Once you’re ready, click “Continue”.
- Read and agree to the Complaint Policy. Enter the required information, including your player ID, email address, dispute amount, and currency, and click “Next”.
- Explain what went wrong and upload any documents or screenshots to support your claim. Confirm you’ve completed the bookmaker’s KYC procedure and that the information provided is true.
Curaçao eGaming will validate or dismiss your claim within seven days. If your complaint is approved, the operator will have seven days to prove they’re working to resolve the dispute.
