How to make a complaint about Emirbet
If you feel you have been treated unfairly by Emirbet, you will be relieved to know that there are processes in place to achieve a resolution. You might be ready to take your complaint directly to Curacao eGaming, but you need to do a couple of other things before the regulator will acknowledge your complaint.
We suggest that you start by scouring the sportsbook’s terms and conditions to find out if the issue is addressed there. Make sure to take notes and record the details of your interactions with the bookmaker.
The next step is to contact Emirbet customer service and fully explain your complaint. If the situation is resolved, then no further action is required. If you don’t get satisfaction at the customer service level, you can then file a complaint with Curacao eGaming.
