    If you don't want to do the chat thing, I recommend that you use their contact form. Access the contact form by tapping or clicking "Help" on their site menu. Then tap or click the three bars in the top right part of the page and choose "Submit Request."

    You can make a daily purchase limit for your account by reaching out to the customer service team and requesting it.

    You also have two options if you need to exclude yourself from the game for a while.

    For short vacations from gameplay, choose to "Take a Break" for 7,14, or 30 days. At the end of this time period, your account will be reinstated automatically.

    If you need a longer break from the game, choose a "Self-Exclusion" instead. Self-exclusions are for a minimum of six months, but you can choose any amount of time more than that. After the time elapses, you can request reinstatement of your account, but that request is subject to a seven day waiting period once you make it.
