Exclusive: Jadon Sancho Facing Bundesliga Return As Premier League Interest Wanes
Jadon Sancho's future is uncertain as his loan at Aston Villa ends soon and Manchester United are unlikely to keep him. Borussia Dortmund or Bayer Leverkusen are potential destinations, with Tottenham and Newcastle also interested. Sancho's value has dropped since his big money move, but Villa boss Unai Emery may offer him a contract if he continues to improve. However, time is running out for the winger to revive his career.

Jadon Sancho could be playing in the Bundesliga again next season unless a Premier League club believe they can revive his once glittering career, SportsBoom can exclusively reveal.
Sancho is currently on a season long loan at Aston Villa with his contract at parent club, Manchester United, running out this summer.
Neither side appear to be thrilled enough to keep him so a third spell at Borussia Dortmund or a first-time challenge with Bayer Leverkusen are understood to be the most likely destinations.
Tottenham and Newcastle have considered Sancho in the past and a move to Tyneside might materialise if Anthony Gordon makes a daring switch to Liverpool.
But the winger is running out of time to rediscover the form that once made him one of Europe’s hottest properties, first time round at Dortmund after joining from Manchester City.
Downward Spiral Since Mega Money Move
United have an option to extend his deal at the Theatre of Dreams by another 12 months.
However, even with Ruben Amorim’s departure the former England international has burned his bridges at Old Trafford.
United paid £73 million to Dortmund for his services in 2021. But Sancho’s value has plummeted over the term of his lucrative five-year contract after falling out of favour at the Red Devils.
He spent time at Chelsea last term and looked to boost his reputation by moving to Villa Park.
Villains boss Unai Emery hasn’t ruled out throwing Sancho a lifeline and recently suggested his level of performances had been improving.
He even called him a “fantastic player” but said any contract would depend on the playing producing his best football.
However, Sancho, 26 next month, has scored just once for Villa-in the Europa League against Fenerbahçe. He has a solitary Premier League assist to his name.
His last Premier League goal was against Ipswich last April though he did score and help the Londoners beat Real Betis 4-1 in last season’s Europa League Conference final.
