A Premier League trio are circling red-hot winger Bazoumana Toure as the race intensifies for one of Europe’s most exciting emerging talents ahead of the summer window, SportsBoom can exclusively reveal.
AFC Bournemouth, Everton and Leeds United have all ramped up their interest in the explosive 19-year-old after closely monitoring his progress over the past 12 months.
Scouts from all three clubs have tracked him extensively for German club TSG Hoffenheim, where he has featured 22 times this season, as well as on the international stage, earning four caps for Ivory Coast.
Bundesliga champions Bayern Munich have also monitored Toure closely.
Toure’s rise has been turbocharged by a stunning breakthrough showing at AFCON, where he announced himself in dramatic fashion.
Initially made to wait for his chance, the teenager seized his moment in the final group game, coming off the bench to fire home a crucial late winner.
He then delivered one of the standout moments of the tournament in the last-16 against Burkina Faso, surging 88 metres with the ball before finishing coolly to seal another late strike - a goal that underlined his blistering pace and fearless attacking instinct.
FIREPOWER
Still only a teenager, Toure has already shown he can thrive on the big stage and is widely viewed as one of the most exciting young forwards to emerge from the competition, adding even more firepower to a lively Ivory Coast attack.
That blend of speed, directness and end product has made him an increasingly attractive proposition for Premier League recruiters.
The Cherries believe he fits their model of signing high-upside talent, while the Toffees are keen to inject pace and unpredictability into their frontline.
Leeds are also interested and targeting elite young prospects as part of a major rebuild in their quest to build on this season’s Premier League campaign.
Hoffenheim, however, are in a strong position. They signed Toure in February 2025 for around £12million plus bonuses and tied him down to a long-term contract running until 2029.
As a result, the Bundesliga side are under no pressure to sell and are understood to value the winger in the region of £20million to £25million.
But with three Premier League clubs already circling and his reputation soaring, the battle for Toure is gathering serious pace and now looks set to become one of the summer’s hottest transfer sagas.
