His longevity is unquestionable as this is his 21st season inside the pinnacle of basketball.
The Lakers have utilised power forward Anthony Davis as their main shooter and rebounder for the season. He currently is expected to be re-evaluated in a week after an MRI confirmed an abdominal strain, but Davis is a huge factor in the Lakers’ success this season. Davis is averaging 25.7 points and 11.9 rebounds, both of which place him inside the NBA’s elite.

Stephen Curry has regressed in his game slightly too, but that could be due to the lack of help he is getting within this roster. The 36-year-old is averaging 22.3 points, 4.8 rebounds and 6.4 assists per game. Despite averages looking slightly off, Curry will no doubt be raring to go for this match. He relishes these occasions and his battle with James should see him produce the goods on the big stage once again.
The Warriors have relied on shooting forward Andrew Wiggins for much of this season too. He has been a key starter this season, as the 2014 first-overall pick is averaging 17.2 points per season, a big improvement from last year. Wiggins was a large part of the reason why the Warriors defeated the Thunder only recently, meaning it will be important to replicate this against their main rivals.

Curry should be able to match our suggested figures considering he has posted 25 points more or higher in seven of his last ten meetings.
