If he could pick up his driving accuracy and his putting, then perhaps he could be in the picture at the top of the leaderboard come the weekend. Jordan Spieth to finish in the top 20: Although Jordan Spieth is not operating at the peak of his powers, he still has moments where it seems like his form of yesteryear could be returning. His form before the PGA Championship looked decent, and he is good at getting himself out of a spot of danger, which will come in handy at Colonial. While the likes of Hideki Matsuyama and Jordan Spieth could do with productive weeks and climb the leaderboard, it’s hard to overlook Scottie Scheffler. Despite a quiet start to the season, Scheffler is now in the groove, and he invariably finds an answer during the clutch moments. Given what we’ve seen from Scheffler, he may seem like an obvious choice, but he’s our pick to clinch the Charles Schwab title.
