Hills Open 2025 Preview: Odds, Tips, & Predictions

Date: August 22-24 Venue: Hills Golf & Sports Club, Molndal, Sweden Defending champion: N/A The Ladies European Tour will welcome a new event onto the roster this week in the form of the Hills Open. 126 players will descend upon the Hills Golf & Country Club in Molndal, Sweden, and this tournament represents the only Nordic event on the LET calendar. Last week, Laura Fuenfstueck sealed her maiden LET win at the PIF London Championship, and overcame a tough start to her final round before grinding out a one-stroke win. Given this is the inaugural Hills Open, there should be plenty of interest. Expect a flurry of odds, including outrights and player props to be posted by the most reputable golf betting sportsbooks.

When it opened in 2005, the Hills Golf & Sports Club was one of the most talked about courses in Europe, and it is set across a rugged landscape, veering from marshland to forest ridge.

Among the toughest holes includes the uphill par five eighth, which has a dogleg to the right. The Hills previously hosted the Nordea Open in 2018, which serves to underline its credentials.

Formidable off the tee, this should stand the Englishwoman in good stead at the Hills Open, and she could thrive on this iconic course. Rhodes is one to pay close attention to this week.

Darcey Harry

Darcey Harry may not have been the most accurate off the tee this term, but her approach play has been solid.

The Welsh star is only 22 years old, but she’s currently 10th in the Order of Merit, and her scrambling has been pretty decent too. Harry is a methodical player, and while she’s been in and around the top 30 over the past few weeks, we expect her to climb the leaderboard this week.

She could well turn things up a notch, and Harry could be in the mix at the weekend.

Sara Kouskova

Compared to the other two players mentioned, Sara Kouskova is a more experienced campaigner, and she will be teeing it up for the 68th time on the LET at the Hills Open.

The Czech ace fashioned out back-to-back wins in May and June, and although she was off the pace at the PIF London Championship, she could come back into the fray this week, but she will want to iron out her putting flaws.

Instead, we’re gravitating towards Mimi Rhodes. Sitting at the summit of the Order and Merit, things have been going swimmingly for Rhodes, and she’s a great frontrunner. Given her performances over the past few months, she’s our pick to come out on top.
