Swiss golfer Morgane Metraux is the reigning champion, but she will be participating in just her third LET tournament this term, so it will be a big ask for her to defend the title she won 12 months ago.

The Evian Resort Golf Club is a gem that is nestled between Lake Geneva and the Alps, and this course plays as a par-71. Tight pin positions and some narrow fairways underline one of the oldest courses in France, and it promises to make for compelling viewing.

To set the tone, we’ve provided a full golf tournament preview, and we’ve supplemented it with golf betting tips and predictions which should serve as a source of inspiration for bettors.

Contender News

Golf bookmakers may carry a few stats about who is likely to do well at an LET tournament, but they will predominantly focus on the odds.

We’ve filled in the gaps by running the rule on the three players mentioned above, and we’ve explained why they could be contenders at the Jabra Ladies Open.

Chiara Tamburlini

One of the most impressive players on the LET circuit, Chiara Tamburlini may have seen success elude her so far this term. Nevertheless, she’s continually knocking on the door in the hope it will burst open sooner rather than later.

The Swiss star is coming off the back of a runner-up berth at the Aramco Korea Championship, and before that, she had two top-10 finishes. What was noticeable about her performance at the Aramco Korea Championship was the way she bounced back after carding a 75 in the opening round. While her driving accuracy stats are lower compared to some of her rivals, she’s performing well in GIR, suggesting her iron play isn’t letting her down.

Tamburlini is fairly short-priced at the best betting sites for golf, and she could well enter the winner’s circle this weekend.

Perrine Delacour

Currently third in the Order of Merit, Perrine Delacour is having an exceptional season, notching up two wins on the LET, and in her last four starts, she hasn’t finished lower than ninth.

The French star has been flying over the past six weeks, and all areas of her game are looking solid, including scrambling (59.72%). There are no obvious weak points, and the way she’s going, she’s likely to break into the top 100 soon.

Delacour has all the ingredients to punch another win this term, and she will be pushing hard at the Jabra Ladies Open.

Mimi Rhodes

We’re fast running out of superlatives to describe Mimi Rhodes! She has been brilliant this season, and she won for the third time this term at the Dutch Ladies Open, backing up her triumphs at the Joburg Ladies Open and Ford Women’s NSW Open.

Rhodes seems destined for great things, and she was never in danger of letting things slide in the Netherlands. The English ace is only 23, but she has a wise head on her shoulders, and who would write off her chances of another victory this weekend?

Suggested Bets

Apart from outright golf betting odds, we’ve unearthed some specials that could be worth checking out before the first round of the Jabra Ladies Open.

  1. Chiara Tamburlini or Mimi Rhodes to win the Jabra Ladies Open: Given what we have seen from Chiara Tamburlini and Mimi Rhodes over the past few weeks, they have both been in fabulous form, and they are creditable contenders. Success has come easily to see Rhodes, while Tamburlini is inching closer to grabbing her first win of the campaign. The odds available for either Tamburlini or Rhodes to prevail at the Jabra Ladies Open seem fair (4/1 with 1xBet).

  2. Perrine Delacour to claim a top-10 finish: Perrine Delacour has been a model of consistency, and it’s no surprise to see her win favour from reliable golf sites for betting. Delacour has been brilliant from the tee, and she has been red-hot at times with the flatstick. Although she has had a tendency to drift sometimes, her recent performances suggest another top-10 finish beckons, and that is worth latching onto (8/5 with BetWinner).

  3. Mimi Rhodes to lead after the first round: Apart from a bit of a horror opening round at the Aramco Korea Championship, Mimi Rhodes has been solid during the first round of a given tournament, and her 65 on day one of the Joburg Ladies Open is her best to date. We’ve taken a shine to Rhodes, and there is no reason to suggest she can’t top the leaderboard after the first round (11/6 with Betandyou).

Tournament Prediction

Golf tournament predictions can often be laden with danger, especially as in the LET, there are a few formidable players who have been shaking things up this term.

Chiara Tamburlini, as mentioned, is getting ever closer to getting her first win of 2025, and while she has been solid, Perrine Delacour and Mimi Rhodes have arguably been marginally better.

Delacour and Rhodes have combined for four wins, and they have shown nerves of steel in high-pressure moments. Rhodes, however, has been stronger tee to green than Delacour, and while winning multiple times on the LET is never easy, Rhodes is suggesting otherwise. We think Rhodes might back up her victory at the Dutch Ladies Open, and she’s our pick to lift the Jabra Ladies Open.
