In our 10bet review, we found that there are thousands of markets open each week. You can wager on everything from the North American major leagues to more obscure global competitions. 

If you’re a fan of major sports, you can choose options across American football, basketball, ice hockey, soccer, tennis, and golf. Betting options include moneylines, under/over, totals, props, and in-play. For smaller sports, you can find pursuits such as handball, darts, lacrosse, and Aussie rules. Our 10bet betting review found that the sportsbook also has an excellent eSports selection. 

10bet has done an excellent job of staying competitive with its odds. You can find market-leading prices on some markets, but sometimes the odds are worse than rival sportsbooks. For example, major sports tend to have average odds, but you may find better options elsewhere. Smaller pursuits or leagues do get more competitive prices. As always, we recommend comparing odds across a range of sports betting sites to find the best value for each sporting event. 

To enhance your betting experience, 10bet has a collection of interesting features. However, there is currently no live streaming available to follow in-play events as they happen. While that is a disappointment, the following features are available:

•  Cash Out: There is a suitable selection of cash out options across multiple markets. In fact, cash out is available for all types of bets apart from Tricast and Forecast bets. Each cash back shows you exactly how much you will get back, with full and partial cash out available depending on the market. 
•  Bet Builder: There is a tool called Bet Your Way, which we were able to use in our 10bet bet review. With this feature, you can customize the bet chain you want, picking options across multiple sports and events. 
•  Add2Bet: This is a unique feature that is exclusive to 10bet. Add2Bet allows users to add a current market to their existing bet, even if the other market is already in play. Another interesting ability of Add2Bet is that it allows you to access cash back amounts to create your new wager. 
•  Pulse Bet: Only available for live soccer, the Pulse Bet is a new tool that gives you the ability to bet on prediction across a specific timeframe. You bet on one of three prize levels over a set time, giving you the chance to get a payout independent of the original bet. 

Live Betting on 10bet: Wager on Games as They Happen

Any leading sports betting site needs to offer in-play markets for live wagers. 10bet does fit our expectations with a solid live betting section. However, during our 10bet app review, we found that this is one area where the operator can make improvements. Many in-play markets are available, and the odds are mostly competitive, but other major bookmakers offer more live options. 

There is also no live streaming available on 10bet, so you won’t be able to follow along with the sports action. To compensate, there is an informative stats page to help you make decisions on live betting, but it does not replace the benefits of a live stream.

For our 10bet review, we directly contacted and tested the sportsbook’s customer support channels. The good news is that live chat is functional and is available 24/7. Connection times to speak to an agent are fast; each person we spoke with was helpful and professional. Current supported languages are English and Swedish.

Alternatively, you can send an email to help@10bet.com,  but responses are a little slower. You should receive a reply in your inbox within 24 hours of sending the email. Obviously, live chat is the better option, but you need to use email if you want to make a formal complaint. A 24/7 phone line is also available, but in our experience, the “on hold” times are long, and we think live chat is a better solution.

10bet has a flexible range of payment methods to make your deposits and withdrawals as easy as possible.
