- Jude Bellingham: Despite not reaching the heights of last season, the Englishman remains a threat when on song. His ability to drive with the ball will be important in Madrid’s midfield.
- Kylian Mbappe: Now more than ever and especially after a humiliating loss, Mbappe will have to step up and provide his team with an edge in the absence of Vinicius Junior.
- Federico Valverde: With a similar playing style to Jude Bellingham’s, Fede Valverde’s driving runs and ability to shoot from a distance will give Las Palmas some problems.

Vinicius Junior will not feature in this game, having to serve some time on the sidelines because of suspension resulting from a red card in their 2-1 win over Valencia. Eder Militao and Dani Carvajal remain out for the rest of the season, nursing long-term injuries.
